CONTRACT AWARD
Oklahoma City, OK, February 5, 2016: Advancia Corporation (AC) received award notice for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Environmental and Occupational Safety and Health (EOSH) contract. This $3.5M contract is to provide technical services for environmental compliance, fire life safety, energy management and compliance, and environmental cleanup program support. The period of performance is 5 years, with a 1 March start date. As a result of the award, AC will create an office in Atlanta, GA – increasing the number of field offices for the Federal group to 8. Additionally, Atlanta, GA is a new service area for the Federal group. AC will support the entire FAA Eastern Service Area, which includes:
- Southern Region: AL, FL, GA, KY, MS, NC, SC, TN, Peurto Rico, and US Virgin Islands.
- Eastern Region: DE, MD, NJ, NY, PA, VA, and WV
- New England Region: CT, ME, MA, NH, RI, and VT
- Offshore facilities include Bahamas, St. David, Bermuda, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, Grand Turk, and Turks and Caicos.
AC will be responsible for managing the Environmental Compliance, Fire
Life Safety (FLS) compliance, Energy Management and Compliance (EMC), and Environmental Cleanup (ECU) programs in the Eastern Service Area (ESA). This responsibility includes maintaining compliance with current federal, state, and local regulations; asset management; training requirements; and ensuring proper permit and registrations where applicable.
